The Tampa Bay Yo Ho Hoedown will feature a vendor area each day of the event during the following times:

• Friday, May 23rd, 10 am to 11 pm
• Saturday, May 24th, 9 am to 11 pm
• Sunday, May 25th, 9 am to 2 pm

The vendor hours coincide with the hours of the dance workshops during the day, plus the Friday and Saturday evening dances.

The vendor area will be outside of the ballroom where evening dances take place and adjacent to workshop classrooms.

Western wear, massage, music, arts and crafts, travel - these are all things that might appeal to convention attendees. Or you can set up an information table for your business or organization. You'll be catering to a primarily gay/lesbian audience who like to travel and shop.

Rental of a vendor "booth" entitles you to approximately 8 feet by 8 feet of space, with one table and two chairs, at $150. You can secure multiple booths for additional space at $75 per additional booth. Please let us know if you require electricity. The hotel may charge a fee. 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations can rent a single table for only $50.
