Attention All Competitors!

The Competitors Meeting is a very important part of the competition for every one of you!

It is very important that all couples, all line dancers, and one or more representatives from each team attend.

At the meeting

• you will receive
  • pin-on numbers (for couples and line dancers)
  • order-of-competition and staging area information
  • finalized details of time and location of the critique sessions
  • other last minute instructions
• Music selected by the judges for each couples dance will be announced.
• Team representatives will draw to determine competition order.
• A vanilla pattern of each line dance will be demonstrated.
