The room number of the Hospitality Room will be posted by the Registration Desk.

This time the hospitality room is going to be very special--located on its own floor with windows overlooking the water. It's going to be an experience you won't want to miss!

The hospitality room is a great way to start your hoedown day. On Friday and Saturday mornings from 8 am to 10 am, you'll find hot coffee, juice, pastries, fruit, and other delicacies to fuel your body for the energy you'll need during the workshops, rehearsals, competitions, meetings, and many other activities of the weekend.

On Friday and Saturday nights, beginning around midnight, after you've "danced the night away" in the ballroom, consider a short walk to the hospitality room to find beverages, snacks, and plenty of friends having a great time of--well, you'll just have to be there to know what we mean.
